If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. We will guide you through every step of the return process to ensure a smooth experience.

How can I return an item?

Step 1: Please contact us at info@delviera.com with details about the items you wish to return, your order number, and the reason for the return. If possible, attach pictures of the item and return information.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item correctly. Items must be returned within 30 days from the order date.

Step 3: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will process it within 5 business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Which items can be returned?

All items that are unused and still in their original condition, with tags and packaging, can be returned. Items that are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Items can be returned if they have not been worn or washed.

Items marked as "Final Clearance" or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Personal care items such as underwear, swimwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please note: Returns based on sizing issues are not accepted, as we provide a detailed size chart to help you choose the correct size.

Conditions for a return to be accepted:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged or altered after receiving them cannot be returned.

If an item has been worn, washed, or is in poor condition, it will not be accepted for return.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the returned package has arrived at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

If you paid by credit card or another payment method, the refund will be sent to the same account.

Please Note:

Return shipping is at your own expense.

All returns must be sent to the address provided by us via email.

We recommend using a trackable return method and keeping proof of return.

Important:

If you refuse to accept the package or if your package is returned due to non-collection, we will not refund the shipping costs.
