If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. We will guide you through every step of the return process to ensure a smooth experience.
How can I return an item?
Step 1:
Please contact us at info@delviera.com with details about the items you wish to return, your order number, and the reason for the return. If possible, attach pictures of the item and return information.
Step 2:
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item correctly.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the order date.
Step 3:
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will process it within 5 business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Which items can be returned?
All items that are unused and still in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, can be returned.
Items must not have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Conditions for a return to be accepted:

Items that are damaged or altered after receiving them cannot be returned

If an item has been worn, washed, or is in poor condition, it will not be accepted for return
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned package has arrived at our warehouse.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you refuse to accept the package or if your package is returned due to non-collection, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
