Order Status

We can’t wait to ship your order! We offer free premium shipping on all orders and ship to most countries worldwide. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order status. You can also check the status anytime via your account.

Please Note

If you don’t see any shipping updates when clicking the track & trace link, don’t worry! Sometimes, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours before tracking updates appear. This happens from the moment your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the carrier at their destination facility.

We do not recommend selecting express shipping for pre-order items.

Our warehouse typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order after payment is received (excluding pre-sale items). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification. The estimated shipping times below do not include processing time.

Please note that order processing and shipping times may be longer during peak periods due to high demand and extreme weather conditions.
